What Will You Do?
As a 3D Draftsman, you will be a vital link between sales and production. In a close-knit team of five draftsmen/planners, you will collaborate on designing and developing technical drawings in Inventor. No experience yet? No worries! We provide the opportunity for you to learn all the necessary skills with us.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a colleague who identifies with the following profile:
- Education & Knowledge: Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of thinking. Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: An interest in or basic knowledge of 3D design (e.g., Inventor or SolidWorks) and structures.
- Personal Qualities: You are independent, precise, organized, and technically savvy. Additionally, you have strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility: You demonstrate a proactive and flexible attitude towards work.

Geert en Henk Trading specializes in the production of horse stalls and accessories and, with over 30 employees, is the market leader in the Netherlands in this field. Our clients range from horse enthusiasts with a single horse to large-scale riding schools and boarding stables. One of our most notable projects includes 512 horse stalls for Olympic gold medalist Jan Tops. We sell our products worldwide, from the Netherlands, Germany, and France to Curaçao, Indonesia, and Oman.
In 2023, we launched our new brand: Life-Steel. With this brand, we create high-quality modular outdoor kitchens. This growing market offers many opportunities, and we are eager to seize them. Additionally, we are committed to continually innovating and improving our products and services.
We are a fast-growing company, producing everything in-house in Mill, and serving customers around the globe. Our production hall is equipped with modern machinery, including computer-controlled lasers. Our team consists of approximately 25 employees. We are a close-knit and hardworking group where camaraderie and hard work go hand in hand! Our staff committee organizes fun activities throughout the year, such as the annual company outing, a summer BBQ, Christmas drinks, and much more. Every Friday at 5:00 PM, the tap opens, allowing us to reflect on another productive week together.
Due to our strong (international) growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic (junior) 3D Draftsman to join our team!
